1.Who gives this consent
This release is given by the player’s parent or legal guardian (18+), or by the player if 18 or older, when they tick the consent box on our order or intake form or sign it for a Club Pack. If the player is 13 to 17, the parent also confirms the player has agreed. We record who agreed, when, and which version (version 2026-10-11).
2.What you allow
You allow PeakSync LLC (NextUp) to publish, for college and club recruiting, the information and media you provide and approve, on:
- your player’s public profile page and coach sheet;
- PeakSync Scout (the player finder and coach view) and, if your player’s club takes part, the club’s team page (jersey number, name, age group and a link to the profile);
- printable sheets and QR codes that link to those pages.
That can include your player’s name, photos, video and reels, positions, club, team and jersey number, class year, high school, measurables and stats, story and milestones, and the contact email you choose. Your player’s name, image and likeness are used only for these recruiting pages.
3.Separate opt-in: NextUp’s own posts and ads
We use your player’s name, photo or video in NextUp’s own social posts, ads or examples only if you tick the separate, optional box for that. You can withdraw it any time and we’ll stop new uses. No payment is made for appearing.
4.Players under 13
Before anything is collected or published, you give verifiable parental consent as described in section 5 of our Privacy Policy: the checkout in your name plus this signed consent. Your email is the published contact unless you specifically opt in to your child’s own email.
5.Contact details
You choose which email (if any) coaches see. A published email is visible to anyone who views the page and can receive unwanted messages; a dedicated recruiting address that you can also check is a good idea. Coach messages sent through the profile go to the family, with the parent copied.
6.Photos and video
You confirm you have the right to share each photo and video (for example, you took it, or the club or photographer allowed it), and that you’re comfortable with other people who appear in it being shown. We’ll remove any image on request from anyone pictured or their parent.
7.Changing your mind
You can update anything, remove contact details, make the profile unlisted, or withdraw this consent entirely at any time with the update and removal form or by emailing jerry@peak-sync.com. Takedowns and contact-detail removals happen within 2 business days. Copies others already saved may remain.
8.Club Pack and team pages
Clubs collect this consent from each family before sending any player’s details. A player appears on a team page only with their family’s consent, and any family can ask to be removed from a team page at any time.
9.The words you agree to
“I am this player’s parent or legal guardian (18+), or the player and 18+. I agree to the NextUp Terms, Privacy Policy and Parent Consent & Media Release, and I consent to NextUp publishing the details, photos, video and contact information I provide on a public recruiting profile. If my player is 13 or older, they have also agreed. I can update or remove the profile at any time.”
