1.Our commitment
We design NextUp to work with screen readers, keyboards, zoom and phones, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) at Level AA.
2.What we’ve done
- Skip-to-content links, labeled forms and buttons, and alt text on images.
- Keyboard access and visible focus, readable contrast, and tap targets of at least 44 pixels on key controls.
- Pages that reflow on phones and work at 200% zoom.
- English and Spanish versions of key pages.
3.Known limits
- Highlight videos and reels come from families through YouTube and Instagram and may not have captions. Families can add captions on YouTube; ask us and we’ll help.
- Checkout runs on Gumroad, and some downloadable PDFs may not be fully tagged. We’ll send any document in an accessible format on request.
4.Get help or give feedback
If something is hard to use, email jerry@peak-sync.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. We reply within 2 business days, and we can take an order, intake or update by email instead of a form.
5.Review
We last reviewed this statement on October 11, 2026 and review it whenever we make a major change.
